What days does the enrichment program meet?

 

Our program meets onWednesdays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Each class is 45 minutes long with time allotted for lunch.

Where are classes held?

 

Classes  will meet at Go Dance Studios located near the intersection of South Lamar Boulevard and West Ben White Boulevard.

 

 

What ages can attend the co-op?

 

Though are program was started for students in kindergarten through sixth grade, we do welcome older siblings and parents to join as well as our program is adjustable to suit all ages. Parents are welcome to join our martial art, guitar or Spanish class if desired.

 

Is this a drop off co-op?

 

Yes, however, students must be picked up at 2:00 PM as there are no staff members available to supervise students after dismissal.

Do I have to teach?

Parents are not required to teach, however, we strongly encourage parents to volunteer and share their interests with the class. There is a sign up sheet available for those interested in participating. Parents are also invited to chaperone field trips.

 

Are you secular or religious?

We are a secular program and include families of all faiths.

 

What classes are offered?

Currently, we offer offer art, creative writing, guitar, martial arts and Spanish.

 

Will you be adding more classes?

Yes, in the future we hope to expand our program. Students are asked to fill out a survey  the end of the year to inform us what they are passionate about learning or enjoyed during the year and would like to see again.

 

Do you go on field trips?

Yes, we schedule field trips through out the year as well as other special events. We have a sign up sheet for chaperones.
